How do I install the EA?
Download the .ex5 file from the Downloads page, copy it to your MT5 Experts folder, enable WebRequest in MT5 settings, then attach it to any chart. Full guide available on the Download page.
My EA shows "Offline" — what do I do?
Check that: 1) MT5 is running, 2) The EA is attached to a chart, 3) AutoTrading is enabled (green button in MT5), 4) WebRequest is allowed for the GAS URL in Tools → Options → Expert Advisors.
How do I connect my dashboard?
Open the dashboard URL in your browser, go to Configuration, enter your Google Apps Script URL and your secret token, then click Save & Reconnect.
Can I use Falcon AI on multiple accounts?
Each account needs its own license and unique secret token. Contact us for multi-account pricing.
What happens if my internet disconnects?
The EA continues managing existing positions locally. Remote commands won't be received until connection is restored. The EA caches its last known state for safety.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Contact us through the dashboard chat or email. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Is my trading data private?
Yes. Each account is completely isolated. Your data is stored in a private, encrypted bucket that only you and the admin can access. See our Privacy Policy for details.
