1. Service Description

Falcon AI provides an automated trading Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5, along with a remote control dashboard, AI-powered trading decisions, risk management tools, and customer support services.

2. Subscription Terms

Access to Falcon AI requires an active monthly subscription of £400/month. The subscription auto-renews every 30 days unless cancelled. Payment is processed via Stripe or PayPal.

• Subscription activates after admin approval of payment
• Access continues until the end of the paid period
• No partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period
• The EA will stop receiving remote commands after expiry
• Existing open positions are NEVER automatically closed
• Your data remains available for export for 30 days after expiry

4. Trading Risk Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Trading foreign exchange (Forex) and contracts for difference (CFDs) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could sustain a loss of some or all of your invested capital. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

Falcon AI is a tool that assists with trading decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. No trading system can guarantee profits. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

5. No Financial Advice

Falcon AI does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. The software makes automated decisions based on algorithms, but these are not recommendations. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before trading.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your secret token confidential. Do not share your token with anyone. If you believe your token has been compromised, contact support immediately for a reset.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the EA software
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the EA code
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to access other customers' data
• Overload the server with excessive requests

8. Intellectual Property

All code, algorithms, designs, and content of Falcon AI are the intellectual property of the platform owner. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal trading only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Falcon AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Trading losses incurred while using the EA
• Service interruptions due to server maintenance or outages
• Broker-side issues (slippage, requotes, server downtime)
• Losses due to internet connectivity problems

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms. In case of termination for violation, no refund will be provided.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
