When you use Falcon AI, we collect:

Account information (MT5 login number, broker server name)
Email address (if you register for notifications)
Trading telemetry (open positions count, floating P&L, win rate — for dashboard display only)
Chat messages (between you and admin support)
Payment records (transaction dates and status)

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

Provide the remote control and monitoring service
Validate your license
Deliver support messages and notifications
Process subscription payments
Improve the platform based on usage patterns

3. Data Storage

All data is stored securely in Google Apps Script Properties (Google's infrastructure) and Google Drive (for file attachments). Each customer's data is isolated in a separate storage bucket identified by their unique token. No customer can access another customer's data.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. The only external services that process your data are:

Google (Apps Script hosting and Drive storage)
Stripe / PayPal (payment processing only — we don't store card numbers)

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Export all your data at any time (via the "Export My Data" button in your dashboard)
Request deletion of your data by contacting support
Opt out of email notifications (toggle in your dashboard)
Access and review all data we hold about you

6. Security

We protect your data with:

HMAC-SHA256 signed communications (prevents tampering and replay attacks)
Per-account token isolation (your data is invisible to other users)
Private file storage (no public links — files served through authenticated proxy)
Brute-force protection on admin access
HTTPS encryption for all data in transit

7. Cookies

Falcon AI uses localStorage (not cookies) to store your preferences (language, token, settings). No tracking cookies are used. No third-party analytics are embedded.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
