🛡️ 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with Falcon AI within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request the refund within 7 calendar days of your first paid subscription payment
- This is your first subscription period (not a renewal)
- You have not previously received a refund for Falcon AI
2. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us through the Contact page, dashboard live chat, or email at support@falconai.trade
- Include your registered email address and the date of your payment
- Briefly tell us why you're requesting a refund (optional — helps us improve)
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
3. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Stripe (card payments) — refunded to the same card. May take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal — refunded to your PayPal account. Usually appears within 3-5 business days.
4. After the 7-Day Period
After the initial 7-day guarantee period, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. However:
- You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the paid period
- No future charges will be made after cancellation
- We may offer prorated refunds at our discretion for exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outage)
5. Free Trial
The 7-day free trial does not involve any payment, so no refund applies. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial, your account simply expires — you are never charged automatically.
⚠️ Important: We do NOT auto-charge after the free trial. You must explicitly choose to subscribe and make a payment. There are no hidden charges.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:
- Trading losses — Falcon AI is a tool, not a guarantee of profits. Market risk is your responsibility.
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violation
- Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period for renewal payments
- Inability to use the service due to your own technical setup (e.g., no VPS, no internet, broker restrictions)
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to issue refunds outside these terms at our sole discretion. If you believe you have an exceptional situation, please contact us and we'll review your case individually.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your transaction.
