Visit the onboarding page, enter your MT5 broker server name, login number, and investor password. Select your risk level, fund your USDT wallet (minimum 100 USDT), ensure your broker account has at least $1,000, and submit. Your account will be activated within 24 hours after admin verification.

We support all major MT5 brokers including IC Markets, Exness, Pepperstone, XM, FXTM, and most other MetaTrader 5 brokers. If your broker isn't listed in the dropdown, select "Other" and enter your server name manually.

The minimum requirements are: 100 USDT in your FalconAI wallet (for security deposit and fee settlements) AND $1,000 USD/GBP in your MT5 broker account (for trading). Both must be satisfied before copy trading activates.

Absolutely. Your MT5 credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM (the same encryption used by banks and military systems) before being stored. Your password is never visible in plaintext — not even to our administrators. The encryption key is stored in a hardware-secured environment variable on our dedicated London VPS.

We use the High-Water Mark (HWM) model:

• We ONLY charge 30% of net new profits above your account's all-time high.
• If your account drops (drawdown), zero fees are charged until you fully recover AND make new profit.
• Example: Account goes $10,000 → $10,500 (new high). Fee = $500 × 30% = 150 USDT deducted from your USDT wallet.
• If it drops to $9,800, NO fee until it exceeds $10,500 again.

This model ensures we only earn when YOU earn.

Fees are calculated and deducted daily at 00:05 UTC. The system checks your MT5 account balance (USD/GBP), compares it to your High-Water Mark, and if there's new profit, 30% is deducted from your USDT wallet at a 1:1 rate. You'll receive an email notification with a detailed invoice for every fee charge.

⚠️ Important: If your USDT wallet drops below 100 USDT after a fee deduction, you receive a 24-hour alert to top up. If the wallet is not funded within 24 hours, copy trading is automatically paused — no new trades are copied. Your existing positions remain open for manual management. To resume, simply top up your USDT wallet via TRC-20 or ERC-20.

If our system experiences downtime: No new trades are opened on your account. Your existing positions remain untouched and your funds are always safe in your broker. The system auto-reconnects when service is restored. You'll receive an email notification if downtime exceeds 30 minutes. Our infrastructure runs on dedicated London servers with 99.8% uptime.
